How to find us

We are well located and only metres to the beach and a walk to restaurants, shops and the wharf - an ideal place from which to explore the Bay of Islands. We may have boat parking available – please ask when booking

By Car
Take SH1 north from Auckland (3 hours drive, 235 km) and at Kawakawa take SH11. We are on the Twin Coast Discovery Highway which is a world class, circular touring route which lets you access all the region has to offer by way of a scenic, relaxing drive. Just ask us at reception for a brochure if you'd like more information.

By Air
Our nearest airports are Whangarei (1 hour drive 66 km) and Kerikeri (25 minute drive 22 km). The nearest international airport is Auckland. There are regular, daily scheduled services to and from Auckland.

By Public Transport
Coach services operate from most large centres within New Zealand and we are happy to offer a courtesy transfer from the bus station.

By Boat
The nearest marina is at Opua just a 5 minute drive away. We may have boat parking available - please ask when booking.
